ASSOCIATE CLIENT EXECUTIVE

 

We are looking for a highly organized, client-focused Associate Client Executive to manage our renewal book, streamline team operations, and ensure our Client Executives (CEs) remain focused on business growth. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong insurance knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive mindset. LOCATION AND STATUS

  • Status: Full-time, permanent
  • Location: Burnaby, BC
  • Compensation: Acera’s total compensation offerings are based on pay for performance that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance.  The typical hiring range for this position is from $80,000 -$120,000 CAD annually; the pay offering is based on location and will vary depending on related insurance experience, knowledge, skills, and internal equity. 

 

YOU WILL:

  • Clearly explain complex insurance concepts to clients and colleagues.
  • Manage a large book of business while ensuring a seamless client experience and prioritizing customer needs.
  • Utilize CRM tools and workflow management techniques to maintain efficiency and organization.
  • Foster collaboration across teams, mentoring and supporting colleagues for collective success.
  • Take ownership of challenges with a proactive and strategic approach, adapting to shifting priorities and market demands.
  • Contribute to business growth by enhancing client retention, driving revenue, and identifying operational improvements.
  • Stay committed to continuous learning and professional development.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Level 2 Insurance license is required.
  • A minimum 7-10 years in Commercial and/or Real Estate.
  • CIP – CAIB designation would be considered an asset.
  • Proven ability to handle client discussions, presentations, and internal communications effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing high-volume books of business.
  • Ability to navigate diverse personalities, collaborate effectively, and create a supportive team environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in mentoring, coaching, or empowering team members.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for business growth and client success.
