ASSOCIATE, RECRUITMENT & ONBOARDING
This important role works within and provides administrative support to the People & Culture team, primarily focusing on the recruitment and onboarding experience. As an Associate, Recruitment & Onboarding, you will work closely with our Director of Recruitment, as well as support our team of Advisors and the onboarding process nationally, to ensure a positive recruitment and onboarding experience.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting various P&C team members and hiring leaders to facilitate the recruitment process:
- Preparing job postings as requested
- Posting vacancies via the HRIS to relevant job boards
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews nationally; phone or video prescreens and in-person interviews in various office locations as requested
- Communicating with candidates and leaders to provide updates
- Accountable for facilitating the national onboarding process for all new hires across the country:
- Issuing onboarding notifications and communicating with necessary teams to ensure a consistent and positive onboarding experience
- Collecting onboarding documentation, entering all necessary information into the HRIS, various programs and metrics
- Maintaining candidate and employee file documentation in the People & Culture HRIS, metrics, and employee files, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date
- Monitoring and replying to communications in the shared People & Culture email inbox
- Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of administrative experience or recruitment experience; insurance industry experience is an asset but not required
- Post secondary diploma or degree preferred
- Human Resources experience would be considered an asset
- Confident user of the Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms would be an asset
