SERVICE ASSOCIATE, PERSONAL INSURANCE - AIBN
The Service Associate, Personal Insurance is an important part of the Acera Insurance Broker Network team. Working closely with a team of highly skilled associates, the Service Associate, Personal Insurance will receive insurance documents that are transmitted to us from our insurers, check those documents for accuracy based on a set-out number of criteria and notify the branches of any errors. In addition to being technically focused, the keys to success in this role are having strong administrative skills, the ability to multi-task and have a high attention to detail. A small number of administrative administrative duties may be assigned based on business needs.
LOCATION AND STATUS
- In-Office at our Calgary Corporate Head Office
- Full-time, permanent
QUALIFICATIONS
- Insurance experience is considered an asset
- Experience in an office environment
- Strong excel and word skills as well as a confident user of the Microsoft Office Suite of products, familiar with office technology such as scanners and copiers.
- Experience with insurance document management software is considered an asset
