CLIENT ADVISOR, PERSONAL INSURANCE, CLIENT ASSIST TEAM

 

The Client Assist Team is dedicated to servicing the needs of personal insurance clientele. As a team, they will successfully manage a book of monoline accounts. Other duties include: facilitating policy changes, claims reporting and advocacy, reviewing existing renewals, generating new business, file reviews, and cross-selling of our products and services.

Full-time, permanent

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years of related experience in insurance industry with working knowledge of personal insurance products;
  • Minimum Level 1 Alberta General Insurance License
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma/certificate in Business, Sales/Marketing, Risk Management or related discipline or an equivalent amount of relevant experience in a similar role is an asset
  • CIP designation, or working towards is considered an asset
