PERSONAL LINES CSR
POSITON DUTIES
Manage a monthly Renewal/Expiry List and support Producers with their insurance needs, including assistance with policy information, processing changes in Insurer Portals, handling billing inquiries and resolving customer concerns.
LOCATION AND STATUS
Location: Vancouver, BC
Status: Full-Time, Permanent
Compensation: Compensation: Acera’s total compensation offerings are based on pay for performance that recognizes exceptional individual and company performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $60,000 - $65,000 CAD annually; the pay offering is based on location and will vary depending on related education, client service experience, proven knowledge, skills, and internal equity.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Process policy changes/endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and payments including Producer Support for same tasks.
- Provide quotes and explain coverage options and policy details.
- Maintain accurate client records.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Report claims to the appropriate Insurer
Bi-Weekly Administrative Duties:
- Insurer Downloads
- Responsible for General Mailbox including Voicemail
- Attending to/distributing faxes
- Booking & Recording Couriers
- Welcome Guests and Visitors and direct to appropriate parties as needed
- Editing and printing client letters and envelopes as needed
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum Level 1 General Insurance License
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Knowledge of insurance products, terminology, and Applied EPIC Broker Management System.
- Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Perform other specific Personal Lines and projects as assigned by Management.
