CLIENT ADVISOR, PERSONAL INSURANCE

 

Acera is looking for an ambitious, engaging Client Advisor, Personal Insurance who is driven to grow and nurture business relationships. As a Client Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service as well as be able to relay your technical expertise to both existing and new clients in person, through email, and over the phone. To help you succeed in the role, you will be backed by our strong, well-established company brand that has a strong connection to the community.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to an established portfolio of clients.
  • Develop and write new business.
  • Participate in up-selling and cross-selling initiatives to support business growth.
  • Manage day-to-day client servicing and relationship management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

 

Location and Status:

Location: Victoria, BC

Status: Permanent full-time employment (35 hrs/week)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm 

 

 

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 Years previous Personal Insurance experience
  • Level 2 Insurance License would be considered an asset
  • Working towards CAIB or CIP designation considered an asset;
